Digital Account Manager
Full-time (permanent, hybrid working 1-2 days in the office in Marlborough, Wiltshire)
Curious Cat Digital is a fast-growing boutique full service digital marketing agency specialising in Fintech and financial services. As part of an expansion within the Client Services team, we are looking for a Digital Account Manager with demonstrable agency experience. On a day-to-day basis you will be working closely with clients to plan and implement their marketing strategy and performance-led campaigns. You will collaborate with the Client Services and Delivery teams to deliver excellent results and build solid relationships with clients, becoming a true extension of their marketing team. Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, you will be accountable for the success of the marketing activity and have the commercial awareness to identify areas of campaign optimisation and new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Managing client projects using the company project management system, orchestrating campaign delivery and ensuring they are delivered on time and budget
Devising campaign plans for multichannel, integrated digital campaigns
Building relationships and communicating effectively with clients through regular meetings, presentations and workshops
Translating brand strategy into digital marketing plans and campaigns
Providing digital research, analysis and insights relating to client briefs
Supporting high-level sharing of internal knowledge and awareness of digital strategies through continuous training
Interpret data to deliver client insights
Audit content and build out content strategies aligned to the buyer journey
Collaborate with the Senior Paid Media and SEO manager on client’s paid media and SEO strategy
Ability to present strategies to stakeholders using strong verbal and visual communication
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
Continually look for ways to improve your own skills and experience
Knowledge and skills
Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategy including demand generation, inbound and ABM
Solid knowledge and experience of the core digital channels: SEO, paid media, content marketing, email marketing, social media
Ability to create audience profiles and define appropriate ways to reach the audience
Experience with supporting client positioning and building out messaging frameworks
Have a good understanding of HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms
Demonstrable experience developing solid relationships with clients including senior stakeholders
Qualifications
Have at least 3-5 years’ experience working in B2B marketing, ideally with agency experience
Have delivered multichannel campaign strategies within the B2B space
Educated to A Level standard and/or an equivalent marketing qualification
