Simple Refunds came to us with a new name and a clear mission: to make refund protection fast, seamless and customer-first. We created a modular, stripped-back identity that mirrors the product experience: frictionless, confident, and built for scale.
The newly articulated proposition, “Refunds, reimagined”, became the foundation for a brand that puts clarity first — from messaging to interface design. The arrow-led logo device captures smooth movement and clear direction, guiding users through the refund journey with zero fuss.
